A growing selection of affordable, quality wool, natural fiber, and eco-friendly yarns, as well as locally hand-dyed yarns. While not a full-service yarn shop, there is a good selection of knitting needles, notions, patterns, and books for the knitter.
Open group knitting every 1st and 3rd Thursday evening, 5:30-8 p.m.

I have never carved a pumpkin. I would like to learn how though. I think that watching a number of people with experience do it is a good way to observe the best techniques being used.
I've seen quite detailed carvings done by people- such as Cinderella style scenes complete with coaches, as well as other large scale work done using some really heavy pumpkins.
I hope you got a large turnout at that event and more people learned about what you have to offer.
