We had a power outage in Chicago last wenkeed. I had picked up some lovely hand-dyed yarn called Frost Ribbon (100% Nylon) from Robin J. Edmundson when I was in Bloomington, IN a couple of weeks prior calming frosty colors, too. I worked on a scarf for most of the day and managed to stay cool. I am calling it my Power Outage Scarf.

Funny you should ask. . .I just fhisnied my Featherweight Cardigan in Malabrigo lace! Our days have been hot but the nights cool off enough that I put it on during an outdoor party last weekend and I love it! I'm sticking with fingering weight shawls until the cooler weather returns. . .

Jeanne, you really shuold think about producing some knitting DVDs for those who enjoy learning at their leisure. I have been knitting for many years but I still love to learn new techniques by watching! All your JBW videos are great and VERY informative and clearly shown.
