It all started when...

a small town girl got a small town job at the local coffee shop. But fast-forward through high school, some college, and working a couple of chain coffee retailers, and it's right back to this same familiar, cozy coffee shop. Clearly the coffee theme had its purpose. As of 2009, Ali Zimmerman (Mothes) has been proud owner of Kaukauna Coffee & Tea, lovingly referred to as kc&t, a nickname that goes all the way back to those early high school days of working and hanging out at "the coffee shop."

A lot has changed in 15 years, but the shop still holds onto some of the things that were alive even then. You'll find the steadfast chicken salad sandwich, and the immortal Purple Haze. You'll get a great cup of coffee, and some pretty stellar bakery, some of which we've been making from scratch for over a year now. But we have made some spectacular changes and additions through the years, as well!

One such addition we're excited to launch later this fall is our one-of-a-kind coffee camper. A super retro feel will add a funky ambiance to private events such as weddings and grad parties, as well as the perk of fresh coffee and espresso beverages made to order!

We're also working toward streamlining our sandwich preparation process to allow for quicker and more consistent service, and hopefully allow more time for putting together larger catering-type orders for meetings, business lunches, and events. With delivery! Stay up-do-date on these projects in the "What's New?" tab, as well as on our Facebook Page.
